I have to cancel my reservation? What to do now?

If you have to cancel your stay, we will deal with this flexibly, which means that we will move your stay to another date in consultation. We will do everything we can to solve it with you. For the conditions of cancellation, we refer you to the General Terms and Conditions for rental, as stated on the website.

Are there any shops or restaurants nearby?

You'll find shops and restaurants in Fuengirola or La Cala de Mijas, both about a 10-minute drive away.

Are guests allowed to wear a burkini in the pool?

Yes, burkinis are allowed in the pool.

Waar kan ik het afval weggooien?

Large trash bins are located on the first floor of the garage. There are also large trash bins just outside the resort.

Can I park my car on site?

Yes, you can park your car in your own parking space in the parking garage or on the grounds. There is ample parking.

Is there a shuttle service?

Yes, in consultation we can offer you a shuttle service.

Are there BBQ facilities?

Due to the risk of fire and the vulnerable nature, a BBQ is not allowed in the apartments and on the terraces, not even a disposable BBQ.

This is allowed on the roof terrace of a number of penthouses. There is a BBQ on the roof terrace of the restaurant of Vista Lago, where you can enjoy a delicious BBQ menu served by the restaurant.

Is there a luggage depot available?

Yes, there is a luggage depot available.

Can I bring a pet?

Yes, pets are allowed in some apartments. Depending on the type of apartment, there is a maximum of 1 or 2 pets. You must indicate this immediately when book an appartment. A surcharge will be charged for this.

How far is it to the airport?

The airport is about a 25-minute drive away.

I want to work during my stay, is there good and stable internet available?

Yes, fiber internet is available in all apartments.

Is the pool open all year round?

Yes, the saltwater pool is open and heated all year round. However, in the winter months the pool is not heated.

Is there a children's pool?

Yes, there is a separate pool for younger guests.

Do I have to pay to use the sauna and gym?

No, these facilities are free for our guests to use.

Can I charge my electric car?

Yes, there will be 2 double charging stations to charge your car.

Are there washing and drying facilities available?

There is a laundry with washing machines and dryers. These can be used for a fee.

Are beach towels provided for the pool?

Yes, beach towels to use at the pool are provided.

Is use of the facilities (pool, sauna, fitness center) included in the price?

Yes, access to these facilities is included.

Is there a restaurant at the resort?

Yes, the resort features Vista Lago. Vista Lago Restaurant serves an international hot breakfast every morning, along with freshly baked bread and pastries.The lunch and dinner menu offers a wide selection of high-quality meat, fish, vegetarian and pasta dishes.

Is there a supermarket?

Yes, there is a convenience store that sells a few essential items.

Are the supplies restocked during the stay?

Supplies are provided only upon arrival. After that, guests must purchase their own essentials (e.g., trash bags, toilet paper, shampoo, shower gel, etc.).

Are there any activities or entertainment for children?

Yes, during the summer season and on busy days, we organize activities and entertainment for children.

Are there cots and high chairs in the apartment?

Yes, these are available and can be reserved at the time of booking. The costs are € 25.00 for the cot and chair.

Is there television in the apartment?

Yes, all apartments have a smart TV with international channels, including Dutch channels via NLZiet.

Can I have the beds spaced?

Yes you can, we only have single beds in the apartments.

Is the complex and the apartments wheelchair friendly?

 The complex is wheelchair friendly, the apartments are not wheelchair accessible.

Are towels, kitchen and bed linen available?

Yes, these are available in the apartment. Do you want extra towels? An extra towel set can be ordered.

Can I have my apartment cleaned more?

Yes, that is possible, you can ask this at the reception.

Are there care products in the apartment?

Yes, there are care products ready for you on arrival.

Is there an oven and/or microwave in the apartment?

Yes, all apartments have a combi oven.

Is there a coffee machine in the apartment?

Yes, all apartments have a nespresso coffee machine with cups.

Do all penthouses have a jacuzzi?

Not all accommodations have a jacuzzi. However, two penthouses are equipped with one, suitable for 4 and 8 guests.

Are there double beds available?

No. All beds are single beds, although some can be pushed together.

Are hair dryers and irons available in the apartments?

They are not provided in the apartments, but can be requested at the front desk. A deposit of €10 per item is required, which will be refunded once the items are returned.

Are cribs and high chairs available?

Are there any apartments suitable for people with limited mobility?

There are no fully accessible apartments. However, some ground-floor apartments may be suitable, depending on specific needs.

Do I need to clean the apartment before I leave?

Guests are expected to leave the apartment as clean as possible. If the apartment requires additional cleaning time, extra cleaning fees may be charged.

Is the apartment smoke-free?

Yes, smoking is not allowed in the apartments.

I want to check out later than 11 am, is this possible?

Yes, that is possible, and if you want to make use of this, you can add this option when you make your reservation. You can use the apartment and the facilities until 1 pm. The costs are € 20.00 per reservation.

I would like to check in earlier than 4 pm, is this possible?

Yes, that is possible and if you want to make use of this, you can add this option when you make your reservation. You can then use the apartment and the facilities from 2 p.m. The costs are € 20.00 per reservation.

Can I arrive after 5:00 p.m.?

Yes, that is possible. Please let us know in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements. On the day of your arrival, you will receive instructions on how to pick up the apartment key.

What is online check-in?

It’s simply the process of submitting your passport or ID information online. This helps speed up the check-in process at the airport.

Do I still need to go to the front desk if I’ve checked in online?

Yes. Online check-in does not replace the mandatory in-person registration of all guests at the front desk.

I have to leave very early, but the front desk doesn't open until 9:00 a.m. Where can I leave the key?

You can leave the key in the metal mailbox next to the front desk.
